La struttura circondata da vigneti, si sviluppa su tre piani: una grande corte di 500 mq al piano terra; camere da letto, sala tv, grande cucina e due bagni per 140 mq ai due livelli superiori

In soli 35 minuti di auto si raggiungono le spiagge cristalline di Minturno, 30 minuti per La reggia di Caserta, 45 minuti per la vicina Napoli, 1 ora e 10 per le località sciistiche abruzzesi.
Il casolare è ad uso esclusivo di chi prenota, chiediamo quindi una tariffa minima di partenza di 2 matrimoniali per 4 persone con soggiorno a partire da 2 notti (anche nel caso di meno persone e camere) fino ad un massimo di 8 persone.

The Fellegara farmhouse, a late 1700s building, one of the ancient farms of the Tenuta Cipriano, now used as accommodation for tourists.
The structure surrounded by vineyards is spread over three floors: a large courtyard of 500 m2 on the ground floor; bedrooms, TV room, large kitchen and two bathrooms for 140 m2 on the two upper levels.
It is an ideal environment for groups of friends, a family, a couple and anyone who wants to enjoy the residence as a whole surrounded by vineyards. In just 35 minutes by car you can reach the crystalline beaches of Minturno, 30 minutes for the Royal Palace of Caserta, 45 minutes for nearby Naples, 1 hour and 10 minutes for the Abruzzo ski resorts.
The cottage is for the exclusive use of those who book, we therefore ask for a minimum starting rate of 2 double rooms for 4 people with a stay starting from 2 nights (even in the case of fewer people and rooms) up to a maximum of 8 people.We can customize bed layouts for rooms, add baby cots and other additional requests for your convenience.
